Espace Côte-des-Neiges at the 2023 Salon du livre de Montréal
From November 22 to 26 at the Palais des Congrès, the borough will be at the Salon du livre de Montréal with a booth celebrating the Côte-des-Neiges neighbourhood.
At the invitation of the Salon du livre de Montréal, the borough of Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce is pleased to be able to introduce one of its neighbourhoods to visitors at the event. In fact, Côte-des-Neiges is celebrating its 325th anniversary this year!
Come and learn about the people who have made our neighbourhood so lively, diverse and appealing!
The Espace Côte-des-Neiges at the Salon du livre is an opportunity to learn about the people who have been shaping our neighbourhood, through art, literature, music, history, creative activities and enriching discussions. The booth honours creators who have lived in the neighbourhood or who were inspired by it.
Through our living library, exchanges with our community partners and encounters with our history, you can steep in the vibrancy of this historic neighbourhood.

In collaboration with the borough, the Salon du livre is offering two tickets for the price of one to people who live in the Côte-des-Neiges neighbourhood.
- Available only at the Salon du livre ticket counter at the Palais des Congrès.
- You will be asked for proof of residence and an identity document

Feel like getting a taste of the Salon du livre de Montréal in advance? On Saturday, November 18 from 10 to 11:30 a.m., come and meet playwright Marie Louise Bibish Mumbu. Originally from the Congo, this afro-feminist Quebec author is very active in the Montréal arts scene. During this meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss ideas and create.
