Urban planning : Virtual public consultations in CDN-NDG

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person public consultation sessions are to be replaced by written consultations.

Below, projects that any person may submit comments or questions in writing concerning theses resolutions.

How to express your point of view on the files under study

Any person submitting a comment or question must provide his or her name and address and a telephone number or email address so that he or she can easily be contacted. The project address or resolution number must also be mentioned.

Modification to town planning regulations concerning tourist accommodation and “rénoviction”.

Draft resolution CA20 170064 approving specific proposal PP-117, authorizing the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a mixed 12-storey residential project for the property located at 5196-5200 rue de la Savane, was adopted by the Borough Council at its regular meeting on March 11, 2020 and will be submitted for a 30-day written consultation period, in accordance with ministerial orders 2020-008 and 2020-033 and resolution CA20 170181.

Draft resolution CA20 170065 approving specific proposal PP-118, so as to authorize the demolition of the building located at 2585 chemin Bates, and the construction of a six-storey residential building with over 36 units, was adopted by the Borough Council at its regular meeting on March 11, 2020 and will be submitted for a 30-day written consultation period, in accordance with ministerial orders 2020-008 and 2020-033 and resolution CA20 170182.

Draft resolution CA20 170090 approving specific proposal PP-119, so as to authorize the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a 12-storey building on the property at 5005 rue Jean-Talon Ouest, was adopted by the Borough Council at its regular meeting on April 6, 2020 and will be submitted for a 30-day written consultation period, in accordance with ministerial orders 2020-008 and 2020-033 and resolution CA20 170183.

Draft resolution CA20 170091 approving specific proposal PP-118, so as to authorize the demolition of the building at 4984 place de la Savane and the construction of a building of a maximum of 10 storeys, was adopted by the Borough Council at its regular meeting on April 6, 2020 and will be submitted for a 30-day written consultation period, in accordance with ministerial orders 2020-008 and 2020-033 and resolution CA20 170184.

Draft resolution CA20 170054 approving specific proposal PP-121, so as to authorize the demolition of the building at 5010 rue Paré and the residential and community facilities uses on lot 2 648 738, was adopted by the Borough Council at its regular meeting on June 1 st , 2020 and will be submitted for a
30-day written consultation period, in accordance with ministerial orders 2020-008 and 2020-033 and resolution CA20 170185.

The Borough Council, at its regular meeting on June 22, 2020, authorized the replacement of the possibility for any interested person to be heard by the Borough Council in relation to the application for a minor exemption (section 145.6 of the Act respecting land use planning and development , CQLR, c. A-19.1) with a 30-day written consultation, in accordance with ministerial orders 2020-008 and 2020-003 and resolution CA20 170180.
