Mission

As the city’s financial leader and guardian of public funds, the Service des finances et de l’évaluation foncière de la Ville de Montréal provides strategic, operational and transactional advice concerning financial matters and is responsible for preparing, maintaining and defending the property assessment rolls for the agglomeration of Montréal, in accordance with best governance, management and control practices.
