Knowing what to do and how to do it safely will help you control your pain on a daily basis and prevent your condition from worsening. A workshop that combines theory and practice for a better understanding of the problem.

Objectives: 
- Better understand the link between muscles and joints. 
- How does physical activity promote joint health? 
- How can you maintain the balance between rest and activity? 
- Sitting and standing exercises to maintain good joint condition.
