Artists' studios: Apply for Component 3 - Project Stabilization

Would you like to get financial assistance to compensate for the property tax increase following the work you had performed through the renovations for buildings that house artists’ studios support program? Find out how to submit an application.

Step 2: Required documents

Gather the following documents in electronic format:

  • A document designating a representative acting on behalf of the applicant, if applicable.
  • A copy of the assessment certificate issued under the Act respecting municipal taxation.(LRQ, c. F-2.1) that shows the property value increase after the work that was performed.
  • A copy of any tax account invoice issued by the city following the assessment certificate.
  • A declaration that states that the latest property assessment of the building was not contested.
