You must also report any change of address for a building located within Montréal’s city limits to the Service de l’évaluation foncière and the Comité de gestion de la taxe scolaire de l’île de Montréal

Go to an Accès Montréal Office.

The following elements are needed to change your address:

  • Proof of residence showing your new address
  • Proof of identity
  • Your tax account number

  • Your full name 
  • Current address
  • New address
  • Date on which you will begin living at the new address 
  • Tax account number
