December 25 and January 1 collections postponed 

The collection of garbage and bulky upholstered items scheduled for December 25 will be postponed to Friday, December 27, and the collection scheduled for January 1 will be postponed to Friday, January 3. 

Christmas trees

Natural Christmas trees will be picked up on Tuesdays, January 7 and 14. All decorations must be removed and trees must not be placed in plastic bags. Winter storm? Make sure your tree is not covered in snow so that it can be spotted by our crews. Trees picked up during this collection will be chipped and will therefore be given a second life! 

Good to know: Artificial trees are not picked up during these special collections. You no longer need yours and it’s in good condition? Take it to a donation centre. If it’s damaged, you can dispose of it in a regular garbage collection.
