Make your way to the park to practice outdoor activities like walking, running, biking, cross-country skiing, birdwatching or stargazing. Stroll along the trails and enjoy the various cultural, sports and family events presented at the park.

Rentals and activities 

Kites, scooters, bikes, and tandems can be rented at the equipment counter. In winter, cross-country skis and snowshoes are available at the TOHU. 

Activities are also available, upon registration and depending on the season, either by the TOHU or by Ski de fond Montréal. 

Picnic areas 

You can enjoy picnic areas, with some restrictions. Barbecues and other cooking appliances are prohibited. 

Stationnements

Two parking lots are available: 

• At the corner of Rue Des Regrattiers and Rue Paul-Boutet 
• At the entrance in front of Avenue Émile Journault, on the Avenue Papineau side. 

Public events

The organization of a public event is permitted at Frédéric-Back.
