Subsidy for the animation of CDN-NDG outdoor public spaces

With the aim of revitalizing neighborhood life and strengthening ties between citizens, the Borough is rolling out the Programme-pilote d’animation des espaces publics extérieurs 2024-2025, which will provide financial support for outdoor public entertainment projects.

Who is this Pilot Program for?

The Pilot Program is intended for:

  • Non-profit organizations (NPOs) recognized by the CDN-NDG Borough under its NPO recognition and support policy.
  • NPOs not recognized by the Borough and headed by an NPO recognized by the Borough. 
  • A citizen under the umbrella of an NPO recognized by the Borough.

Type of projects

This support is designed to enhance the offering of diversified activities throughout the year, ranging from leisure, sports and cultural events to social and sustainable development initiatives.

Examples of eligible projects 

  • Park party 
  • Walking club activity 
  • Leisure activity 
  • Gardening workshop 
  • Etc.

Financing offered

The financial contribution is intended to support a portion of the costs associated with carrying out projects that meet the objectives and all the eligibility conditions described in the Pilot Program.

The maximum amount of funding available is capped at $7,500 per project per year.

A project may receive funding for a single edition or for two consecutive editions.
