The borough of Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce demolition committee assesses the advisability of authorizing a demolition and ensures that replacement projects fit well in their future environment.

The committee is composed of members of the urban planning advisory committee and has the role of examining certain applications relating to the demolition of a structure or building and, if necessary, rendering a decision on the project that will replace it.

The committee’s meetings are an opportunity for the public to learn about the various projects under review and ask questions about them.

The committee’s decisions may be appealed in writing to the Borough Council within thirty days of being rendered.
