Track operations live
See the status of snow loading operations in all boroughs. You can see areas on a map that have been cleared of snow and areas where operations are in progress.
Move your car
Register your vehicle to get a notification as soon as the status changes for the street where it is parked, whether you are at home or anywhere in Montréal.
You will also be notified 60 minutes before a snow loading operation.
Find free parking
Check the map of incentive parking offered by the city to find out where to temporarily park your vehicle while the streets are being cleared of snow.

Check city notices and alerts at all times.
Subscribe to My Account to select topics that interest you and your preferred means of communication (e-mail or text).
Report an issue
Report an issue so the city can respond quickly. If you have an account, you can track the progress of your service requests directly in the app.
Examples of issues you can report:
- Snow removal issues
- Slippery pavements or sidewalks
- Signage left behind
- Collection issues (garbage, recycling)
- Manhole issues
- Potholes
- Signage errors during snow removal operations
- Graffiti
- Broken street lights
- Damaged street furniture
- Cleanliness issues
- Issues with the mechanical sweeper

For security reasons, the application requires a minimum operating system version.
- Android: Version 10 or higher
- iOS: Version 13 or higher
Be sure to use the latest versions of the mobile app and your operating system.
Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:
- Close the app completely, then restart your device.
- Clear the app’s cache:
- Open your phone’s settings
- Select Applications
- Find 311 Montréal
- Go to Storage
- Tap Clear Cache and/or Clear Data
