A public consultation on the Boulevard Saint-Charles Special Planning Program (SPP) will be held at the Borough hall, on March 20, at 7 p.m.
Description
The boulevard Saint-Charles sector in Pierrefonds-Roxboro has been identified in the Ville de Montreal’s Urban Plan as a sector to be transformed or expanded.
This Special urban planning program (SPP) offers a vision for the redevelopment of the area.
It is a roadmap to be followed for the next 20 years to ensure that rehabilitation and redevelopment work is carried out in a coherent manner.
It will also be possible to watch the consultation live via webcast. A public question period will be held after the presentation in person.
