Documents required

1. Download, complete and sign the payment request form

2. Gather the following documents in digital form:

  • A copy of the invoices and documents that detail and indicate the actual cost of:
    • work carried out
    • equipment purchased
    • professional services received
  • Proof of payment of invoices
  • Copies of permits related to the work and associated proof of payment
  • Photos of the renovated spaces
  • A copy of the lease for the renovated premises
  • A copy of the occupancy certificate
