Make a complaint against a cat or dog owner
Does your neighbour fail to pick up his or her dog’s droppings from your property or from city property? Does the sound of a dog barking or a cat meowing disturb the peace in your neighbourhood? Here is how to make a complaint against a pet owner.
Before you make a complaint, make sure you know the pet owner’s full address and the times at which the nuisance occurs, if applicable. This information will allow us to contact the owner.
No anonymous complaints will be accepted. You will be asked to provide your name, address and telephone number. Your personal information will be kept confidential.
