Report a swarm of bees
Has a colony or group of bees settled on your property or near your home? Do you want to report their presence and have them taken away? The Polliflora Cooperative offers this service in partnership with the city.
Polliflora can safely recover and relocate the bees so they can continue to help plants and fruit trees to reproduce.
Service is available 7 days a week, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., from May 1 to August 31, 2024.
Harmless swarms
Each year, a number of bee groups, known as swarms, are reported by residents. This natural phenomenon occurs when the queen and part of the bees leave the hive to form a new colony.
Although the cloud of bees may be intimidating, most bee swarms are harmless.
Polliflora does not travel to remove wasps’ nests. Find out how to report insect pests on public property.
