Lobby reservation 

Every year, a limited number of events may be held in the lobby. 

• Events in which the city of Montréal or its urban agglomeration council are participating 
• Formal or official ceremonies 
• One-time events with a provincial, national or international scope, such as banquets, congress cocktail parties, colloquiums and other such gatherings. 

Events that are not permitted 

Family gatherings, religious or political events are not eligible for room rentals in the welcome centre. These include weddings, baptisms, funerals, proms, or any other similar private celebration.
