New! In December 2022, the members of the borough council passed a new by-law on the functioning of borough council meetings, the Règlement de régie interne pour le fonctionnement des séances du conseil d’arrondissement. It has come into force and you can consult it here (French only).

Question period:

Questions asked in person
A question period is reserved for the public at each Borough Council meeting. Registration for the question period is from 6:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. on the day of the
meeting. 

The mayor will set a limit of three (3) questions on the same topic. The mayor or her replacement will invite each registered person to ask their question or make their request. Each person thus invited may ask a maximum of two (2) questions.

Questions by email
You can send in your question ahead of time by filling out the form before noon on the
day of the meeting. Those who send their question electronically will have their question
read by the administration, even if they are present during the meeting.
