Online account balance

Using this service, you can view your up-to-date account balance for property and transfer taxes online. It indicates if you have any amounts to pay.

However, you cannot use the service to view other bills (such as receipts and SDC premiums).

Balance Update

The account balance does not necessarily reflect payments made in recent days. It can sometimes take up to two weeks for payments to be posted to the account.

Information to Use the Service

To use this service, you’ll need:

• your account number
• your access code

This information appears on your annual tax account that you receive by postal mail. Your account number is made up of 8 digits. 

For property transfer duties, please enter only the first 8 digits.
