Results shown on the map are based on all screening operations of all known operations (screening, construction) being carried out by the city. 

For buildings that have not yet been screened, information is based on the year of construction (before 1970) and the number of dwellings (eight or fewer), two types of information that indicate that these buildings may have lead service lines. 

A great deal of information may be available for each water service line, depending on the progress of our operations.

• Identification: Prior to any city operation, this shows the condition of the water service line (possibility of lead or no lead) depending on the building location, its year of construction and number of dwellings. 
• Screening (on the map, “Dépistage”): Shows the date and results of screening. 
• Repairs (on the map, “Travaux”): Shows the year in which repair work was performed.

Data on water fountains and replacements of lead water service lines are not included in the results being presented.
