Are you a company, organization or individual who wants to do business with the city? Register through our supplier portal. You can then be invited to submit bids for over-the-counter contracts and public or invitational calls for tenders.

Our portal is accessible to new suppliers since June 16, 2025. If you registered before this date, you can change your information by completing this form (in French).

New registration

To register as a supplier, you must apply online. Just log into your personal account and select an organization profile, then answer a questionnaire. 

Be sure to use the same e-mail address for all these steps and prepare the following documents:

  • Void cheque
  • Invoice template
  • Tax numbers (for Canadian companies)
  • NEQ (for Québec companies)
  • SIN (for self-employed workers)

You can save and edit your information as long as the application is not completed.
