Register as a city supplier

Are you a company, organization or individual who wants to do business with the city? Register in our supplier portal. You can then be invited to submit bids for over-the-counter contracts and invitational or public calls for tenders.

1. Account and organization profile 

To register in our supplier portal, you must first have an account on Montréal.ca and an organization profile. 

Log in to your account using your e-mail address, and then select the organization profile you want to associate with the supplier record. 

2. Supplier record 

To register a new supplier record, complete all questions on the form. You will need the following items: 

  • Void cheque
  • Invoice template
  • Tax numbers (for Canadian companies)
  • NEQ (for Québec companies)
  • SIN (for self-employed workers)

You can save and edit your information as long as the application is not completed. Once completed, it will be reviewed by our team.

Allow a few days for your registration to be confirmed. You will receive an e-mail when the process is complete.
