The mechanical sweeper didn’t pass?

There may be several reasons for this, including an equipment failure, a rainy day or a build-up of gravel during the winter.

Even when the mechanical sweeper isn’t cleaning the street, you must obey the parking ban. There may be maintenance work taking place, such as horticulture, pruning, etc.
