Description
The Act respecting the Autorité des marchés publics foresees oversight of public bodies’ contracts and the filing of complaints. In Montréal, the Comptroller General is responsible for receiving complaints about all current contracts.

Filing a complaint
You must complete the form on the Bureau de l’Inspecteur Général (BIG) of Montréal’s website and email it to the Comptroller General, who will process your complaint.
