Report a dead animal

Did you find a dead animal on your property or in a public area, such as a street, lane, sidewalk, etc.? Depending on the situation, you can report it to the city or a partner organization.

Removal of a dead animal

If the dead animal is located in a public area, it is recommended to keep a safe distance and call Proanima.

If the dead animal is on your private property, avoid touching it with your bare hands. You can dispose of it in your household garbage bin, in a closed plastic bag. In Québec, it is illegal to burry an animal in your yard or in any other unauthorized place.

Would you rather have crews pick up the animal? Please contact Proanima.
