One proof of residence (less than three months old), from among the following:vants :

• Utility bill (Hydro-Québec, gas, telecommunication company such as Bell, Vidéotron or other)
• Invoice from an educational institution
• Monthly statement from a credit or financial institution
• Valid driver’s licence

A proof of car sharing service:

• Car-sharing invoice with membership number showing the same name and address as the proof of residence provided

   

Vehicles shared with neighbours through a service such as LocoMotion

One proof of residence (less than three months old), from among the following:

• Utility bill (Hydro-Québec, gas, telecommunication company such as Bell, Vidéotron or other)
• Invoice from an educational institution
• Monthly statement from a credit or financial institution
• Valid driver’s licence

A proof of vehicle possession: 

• Registration certificate showing your own address

Proof of insurance (or 2, if needed):

• Automobile insurance certificate showing your name(s) and address
• Extract from the insurance contract naming you as the principal driver if the insurance certificate is not in your name

Proof of service usage, including:

• Name of the applicant, who must be the principal driver of the vehicle
• Applicant’s address associated with the sticker
• Validity date of the car-sharing service
• Make, model and registration of the vehicle
• Name of vehicle owner (if different from applicant)
